📢 I genuinely value feedback. I don’t seek agreement from yes-men or yes-women. Once we’ve established a healthy and trusting relationship, you will be appreciated and rewarded for providing feedback on how I can better support you and the company. Our partnership will flourish as you excel in this aspect.

🪴 I make a sincere effort to hold myself to the same standards I expect from my team, although I don’t always succeed. At times, it may seem like I have a double standard, expecting certain behaviours from you that I don’t consistently exhibit myself. I’m critical of my shortcomings and constantly strive for self-improvement. Despite my imperfections, I’ve gained a level of confidence in my abilities, which ultimately contributes to our efficiency. I appreciate it when my team assists in my growth.

📢 I encourage you to be explicit about how I can best collaborate with you. Throughout our collaboration, I will make an effort to understand your working style and the most effective ways to support you. It would be disingenuous if I didn’t acknowledge that in cases of significant friction, you may need to adapt more to my style than I do to yours. However, I am actively working on improvement. If I am the source of your dissatisfaction and you don’t perceive any discontent from my end, please allow me the opportunity to enhance our working relationship.
