📈 I adopt a hands-on approach until I’ve established trust. Once that trust is in place, I become more hands-off, and our collaboration will be based on your needs or when I introduce ideas for us to tackle together. If we succeed in building this trust, our partnership will feel more like a collaborative effort rather than a traditional manager-subordinate dynamic, although I will still fulfill the managerial role when necessary.
